Potato wedges-simple and good!

With a family of 9 kids,  food is there and it’s gone!! Cooking in the Middle East means working all day and making homemade everything. So, you spend the whole day cooking and within 5 minutes it’s gone! Well I love to find recipes like this, hearty and simple!

Ingredients

7 potatoes peeled, washed, cut into wedges

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 tsp. garlic salt

1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped

3 cloves garlic minced

seasoning salt of your choice

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Prepare potatoes and place in a large bowl, mix with other ingredients.

Place on baking sheet.

Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
