I have been making this lasagna for many years. The kids never liked onions, garlic, chunky sauce, you get the idea. So, I have always catered to what they like and would eat. This is very simple and basic! Now that they are older I have added spinach and onions! But for now, this is my basic recipe!

3 cloves garlic chopped

3 cups fresh spinach

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Saute onion and garlic in 3 Tbs. olive oil for 5 minutes, add roughly chopped spinach and saute for 3 minutes. Place ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, basil and garlic salt in a bowl and mix, add ricotta spinach mixture and mix well.
